Have you been feeling overwhelmed by change—whether it’s the loss of someone important, the challenges of health or aging, or the constant mental juggling that comes with ADHD? Are you looking for a space where you can slow down, make sense of your life, and reconnect with what matters most to you?
I offer a compassionate space for men and women of all ages who grieve the loss of a relationship, a death, a job, a pet, etc. Our collaborations address anxiety, depression, and/or living with ADHD, Autism, and other challenging diagnoses. Clients may prefer goal-oriented or extended therapy sessions. We may work on self-acceptance, explore childhood trauma, and discover effective ways to manage our active minds or broken hearts. This is tailored support to restore fulfillment in work, relationships, and to emphasize the value of self-care.
My clients represent diverse ages, genders, races, and religious communities. I work with a range of experiences including aging and career transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. I specialize in neurodevelopmental minds on the Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, disability adjustment, and in rehabilitation counseling. I welcome the existential questions.
